Industrial cooling oil machine mainly using air-cooling heat dissipation is a kind of precision refrigerating machine developed including the type of air-cooling and water-cooling, and it is designed by our own company. PID control system not only uses imported temperature whose temperature difference is ±1ºC and imported heat resisting pump which has high pressure and high volume, but also adopts high-efficiency 316 stainless steel plate heat exchanger to achieve the optimum heat and cold exchange efficiency. High efficient important brands compressor which has long service life is selected. The main control and operation of electrical components inside are important brands adopting the  replace media value, so they are easy to use, have good solid frame, and are simple to maintain.

1.To prevent mechanical work from affect the accuracy  due to oil temperature changes.
To prevent the oil from deteriorating due to high temperature to maintain oil viscosity, and mechanical stability of the work .
2.Have automatic fault alarm functions, which can timely remind the user of the repair of device through a specifical manner to avoid the damage of machine.
3.Oil temperature control is based on the body temperature (room temperature). Users can set the oil temperature according to body temperature to prevent thermal deformation of the mechanical structure .
4.Immersion liquid cooling temperature control device is free from contamination by impurities and interference by cutting metal powder, etc. simple to clean, easy to maintain and install , and does not occupy space .

Cold quantity is calculated on the water inlet temperature 12 ºC, the outlet temperature 7 ºC, cooling water inlet temperature 30 ºC, the outlet temperature 35 ºC.
The outlet temperature range of ice water: 5~20ºC;Cooling water outlet temperature range: 15~35ºC.
