Plastic PP PE Film Granulating Line:

(1) This PE breathable pelletizing line is specially design to deal with the materials like PE film /LDPE film /LLDPE stretch films bags, etc. It is usually to recycle the washed plastics by our washing lines. With compactor unit to agglomeration the material firstly,it will helpful to reduce the moisture and good for feeding into extruder. 2 degassing vent will absorb the dirt and printing ink, the final flakes will be more clean and stable. This production line is with high automatically operation and labor savings quality. With advanced design concept and constantly advises from customers, we can customized to meet all your specially demands.
(2) This PP PE films&bags production line could be displayed "I"  "L"  "U" shapes according to your workshop.

PE film granulating machine is consist of below:

(1) Belt conveyor with metal detector For sending the soft film into compactor machine,working with metal detector to find metals and protect the blades in compactor and screw in extruder.
(2) Compactor/Agglomerator Working with moving and fixed blades which has friction force in 500 RPM speed, it create the heat and compact the film. It is feeding controlled by current.
(3) Extruder with degassing Melt the plastic and degassing the useless cells. The film will get totally plasticizing and heating,the end filtration system will stop the impurities.
(4) Filter screen changer With new technology on cutting part, we can achieve to cut the PP PE in one machine. The water ring around in best angle will ensure the cutting granules uniform.
(5) Die face cutting system With new technology on cutting part, we can achieve to cut the PP PE in one machine. The water ring around in best angle will ensure the cutting granules uniform.

PP PE film Single stage water ring die face pelletizing machine:

The single stage pelletizing machine is with only one stage extrusion and one filtration system. It is working aim at the clean film,offcut LDPE HDPE film,leftover LDPE LLDPE HDPE film. Such like HDPE T shirt bag, virgin film.

The film is dry and clean,it is no need to dirt removing, just need granule making.

PP PE film Double stage water ring die face pelletizng machine:

The double stage pelletizing machine is working with washed film, these film may contains some dirt and water. So,it is better to add a sub extrusion machine for 2 times filtration. We will also add a dust-water removing system on the top of agglomerator/compactor.

How to choose single stage or double stage?

Common:
The same feature between single and double stage pelletizing machine is they can all extrusion the plastics. They can all recycle the waste plastics into plastic granules.

Difference:
* Single stage granulating line is with one stage, double stages granulating line is with two stages extruders.
* Single stage granulaying machine is usually to process clean and dry plastics, double stages granulating machine is usually to process dirt and wet plastics.(Mositure less then 8%)
*You can choose single or double stages according to the material is dirty or clean. Normally, double stage with 2 filtrations system will stop more impurities.
*In all, we can customzied your machines according to different situations.

Technical documents
RETECH will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, electrical diagram and user manual after the contract is executed.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and commission:

1. After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to RETECH . All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can also consign RETECH to finish inspection work.
2. After the machines are delivered to customer's factory, please arrange preparation work for water connection and electric power supply.
3. RETECH will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
4. Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved in washing line.
5. Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer's factory.
6. The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of USD 10 0 per day for each technician.
